Robert Rauschenberg

Another artist I love is a abstract expressionist and pop art artist Robert Rauschenberg, he is a painter and sculptor. However he also likes working with printmaking, photography and paper making. I really love his work as most of his compositions consist of collages! For example here is some of his work that I find very interesting and unique;

I really like Pop art as well I find this movement very intriguing it emerged throughout the 1950's. Pop art presented a challenge to the traditions of fine art by including imagery from popular culture such as advertising and news ect. Some of the well known artists that are part of this movement are; Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, David Hockney, Robert Dowd and lots more. I love all these artists i find there work very inspirational and exciting.
